Kelley is a passionate hotelier who leads a life dedicated to service. From managing large scale housekeeping and front desk operations of traditional hotels, to asset value enhancement consulting for the world's largest hospitality REIT, Kelley has worked in the industry from all facets. She moved to New Orleans in 2017 to successfully scale New Orleans’ largest serviced apartment operation from 30 to 350 units in under two years. With unique knowledge of the local market, she looks to create a highly guest-focused, boutique hotel experience in the serviced apartment space.
